You can now register & apply for the REBIRTH EMPOWERMENT ACADEMY "FLAGSHIP" beginning March 2, 2026!!BOTH THE STUDENT LEADER (PARTICIPANT) AND THE PARENT/GUARDIAN/CARE PROVIDER MUST SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORMS. BOTH FORMS WILL SUBMIT TO OUR REGISTRATION DATABASE. We will contact you and begin the intake process. You can also begin the application process by accessing the links below.
