COMMUNITY PRESERVATION ALLIANCE
The REBIRTH COMMUNITY PRESERVATION ALLIANCE®, (henceforth referred to as the CPA), is: 1) An all inclusive-collective of community members/partners (youth and adults) who share the unified vision for stable, positive physical, social, and economic communities and the overall well-being of all community members i.e. Community Health. 2) Established for and as a model for constructive, outcome-based collaboration and sustainable program/project outcomes. Navigating with guiding principles, the CPA drives every aspect of the Rebirth Empowerment Academy. CPA members serve as 1) Rebirth Empowerment Academy workgroup members and advisors 2) Overall operations of the Rebirth Empowerment Academy i.e. Recruitment, Curriculum, Modules, Assessments, other 3) Listeners, educators/instructors, and mentors for the Rebirth Empowerment Academy students/participants 4) Provide support resources for individuals, families, schools, and organizations. 5) Create and develop education, awareness, advocacy, and engagement strategies) 6) Build sustainable community collaborations and community preservation strategies.Guiding Principles: Led by Purpose, Trusted Collaboration and Collective Action Accountability, Modeling, Integrity, Consistency, Inclusivity, Excellence, Pro-social behavior, Courage
